Return EligibilityÂ
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Item is damaged during transit
- Item is defective
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or defect
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Sale items or discounted products
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds. Only replacement is provided for eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a replacement within 7–10 business days.
