---SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY

---SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
We sell handcrafted religious and decorative products such as Laddu Gopal beds, singhasan, jhulas, and mandir accessories.
All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
---SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order on our website means you are offering to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
---SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in INR. We accept payments through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
---SECTION 5 - CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.
---SECTION 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver products within the estimated time. However, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Once the product is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
---SECTION 7 - RETURN & REPLACEMENT
We do not offer refunds. Only replacement is provided under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is defective
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or defect.
Damage caused due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for replacement.
---SECTION 8 - BULK ORDERS
We accept bulk orders for personal or institutional use. However, resale of our products without permission is not allowed.
---SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Shree Jagdish Industries and may not be used without permission.
---SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
---SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
